Privacy Policy
This policy explains what InvoiceFlow stores, where it is stored, and how you can have it removed. InvoiceFlow is business software for issuing and recording invoices, quotations and receipts.
Information stored
- Account information - your login email and password (stored as a hash).
- Company profile - business name, address, contact details and logo that you enter.
- Customer records - names and contact details you add for your own customers.
- Financial documents - invoices, quotations, receipts and their amounts.
- Activity log - a record of actions such as creating or deleting a document.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on the InvoiceFlow server operated by Stanova Digital Solutions, and is cached on your device so the app keeps working without a connection. Each business account can only access its own records.
How it is used
Your data is used only to operate the app for your business: generating documents, calculating totals, and synchronising between your devices. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
How long it is kept
Records are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal identifiers are removed, but financial documents (invoices, receipts and quotations) may be retained for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Your choices
- You may request a copy of your data.
- You may request correction of inaccurate data.
- You may request deletion, as described above.
